Denis Bates Denis Bates - VP of Account Management

Denis Bates, a native of France, has lived and worked overseas for 15 years. Prior to joining CIBT, Denis was the Regional General Manager for a leading travel management company. He brings over 20 years of senior level management experience to the team. After joining CIBT in 2005 , he spent 6 months in Mumbai setting up CIBT's India operations. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University. Denis resides in San Francisco and heads up CIBT's Account Management team.

 
Mary Mercado Mary Mercado - Account Manager

A native of Chicago, Mary began her career with CIBT's Los Angeles office in 1996. Mary quickly demonstrated her commitment to providing CIBT's clients with exceptional service and expertise and was quickly promoted to a supervisory position. For the past several years, Mary played an integral role within CIBT as the Office Leader of CIBT's Los Angeles office. Mary joined the Account Management Team at the end 2004.

 
Marvin Rivera Marvin Rivera - Account Manager

Marvin Rivera, a native of New York City, has been with CIBT for the past eight years and recently transitioned to the role of Account Manager. Marvin began his career with CIBT in New York and later transferred to Miami where he served as the Office Leader for several years. Marvin has a bachelor's degree in information systems from Long Island University. Marvin's solid combination of operation and client relation management experience has won him numerous accolades from CIBT's clients.

 
Blair Boone Blair Boone - Account Manager

Blair Boone, a native of Houston, Texas, brings 10 years of account management and sales experience to CIBT. Prior to joining CIBT, Blair managed a number of strategic relationships at major publishing and advertising companies, including Yahoo! A classically trained musician, Blair holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Classical Music performance and Foreign Language and Literature from Syracuse University.

 
Donna Grajek Donna Grajek - Account Manager

Donna Grajek, a 16 year veteran of the travel industry joined Zierer Visa Service (ZVS), a CIBT company, 13 years ago and has enjoyed a number of roles within the organization since then. Donna brings a wealth of industry knowledge, experience and expertise to her role as Account Manager. Donna has traveled extensively and has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients including many Fortune 500 companies as well as major tour operators and cruise lines.

 
Daniel Cunningham Daniel Cunningham - Account Manager

Daniel Cunningham, a native of New York, joined CIBT's New York office in 2005. Daniel holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree and has over five years experience as a Travel Consultant. Daniel advanced quickly into the role of Assistant Operations Manager, proving that he is an invaluable member of the company. Daniel has since joined the Account Management team, and plans to bring the same dedication and commitment to this new position.
